While we are drawn to the poetic expression of conceptual ideals, at the core, we are enthusiastic problem-solvers who, because of our diversity, are unafraid of crossing disciplines and traditional boundaries in search of satisfying, innovative and economic solutions.

Cadiz Design Studio is a dynamic architecture, interiors, product design and visualization studio with a focus in sustainable design. We are a collective group of architects, designers and artists who work together with our clients to conceive, plan and execute user-centered solutions to maximize the vitality of life relativity, life through their visual and functional environment.

Donna is dedicated to professional excellence and assists teams in being successful, utilizing creative management, leadership and people skills acquired from 23 years in the Design Industry.

Her many years of experience in Entertainment, Commercial and Interior Architecture has brought increasing responsibilities as a Project Architect & Project Manager in design, drawing packages, and construction administration.   Her love for new challenges have only increased while collaborating with planners, designers, and artists and their clients to conceive, plan and execute user-centered solutions that maximize the vitality of life through the visual and textural environment.

Donna’s attention to the details of architecture and design, and her loyaty & dedication to every project only enhance the design process for all team members.  Her continued striving for excellence has rewarded our projects with success for all.    

Joanne has joined Cadiz Design Studio in 2006.

Joanne has studied Interior Architecture at CSULB.

With a very stong family background in Architecture she was surrounded and influenced by design. Which lead her interest in the field of Interior Design.

The practice of Architecture + Design is a unique discipline that merges many worlds in the search for the most appropriate solutions to building challenges.  We need to carefully understand the qualitative and quantitative aspects that create space - whether comfortable and quiet or exuberant and colorful - each project thoughtfully crafted to suit the intended use envisioned by our clients.

Our Studio is an open forum for research, discussion and exploration.  The richness and diversity of our staff is tremendous resource as we engage in focused problem-solving.  We are driven by a belief that innovative and successful design solutions emerge best in a spirit of collaboration and sharing of personal experience and knowledge.    

Lynn joined Cadiz Design Studio in 2006.  As Director of Business Development, she enjoys and thrives in this atmosphere of progressive architects & talented designers.

Cadiz is full of entrepreneurial spirit and ideas.  Lynn has formerly owned several companies in California both in catering, restaurant and accessory manufacturing.

She moved here in Fall of 2005 from South Carolina and now lives with her son in Orange County, CA.    

Sara joined the Cadiz Design team in 2005.  As a dedicated student of the architectural fields, performing arts, and travel, her approach to design encompasses a broad range of influences.  She pulls inspiration from various fields of artistry, and uses it to compose designs that successfully communicate space to inhabitants, and application to the user.  She is continually drawn to the challenge of enhancing people’s awareness of the spaces they inhabit, and flourishing responsiveness to the products they use.    

Since coming to the United States in 1996, Hiro has had a strong passion and motivation to find inspiration in many design disciplines.  Acknowledging his strong vision and beliefs, he won numerous awards and competitions as a student.  After graduation, he continued to build his profesional experience with dedication and commitment.  At Cadiz, he has been strongly engaged in both design and technical aspects of many projects.  His strengths in 3-D visualization and graphic design add to his unique blend of creativity.
