We are currently working with major hotel brands and boutique hotels to explore, develop and implement a range of environmental initiatives. Short term goals center on site optimization, energy and water efficiency, sustainable material selection, and improvement of indoor air quality. Long term benefits include improved guest satisfaction and environmental awareness, hotel brand connection to positive and sustainable business practices, operational cost savings, non-renewable resource conservation, landfill waste reduction, and mitigation of harmful greenhouse gas emissions. New business incentives and governmental legislation are challenging the hospitality industry to consider environmental guidelines and implement revised business strategies.
